One of the blogs I read regularly is Something Pretty by Lisa Kirk. I love the series she writes on her goals each month, and I wanted to adopt the same format to document my own goals and keep track of my progress. Since I've been dealing with a difficult postpartum recovery, this month's goals are simple, but important to me nonetheless. However, I'm also looking forward to introducing more exercise-related activities when I'm physically able!
