Breaking Out of a Dinner Rut

Lately, we've been stuck in a dinner rut. We make the same 5-6 meals on rotation. While we like them and it certainly makes grocery shopping easy, I've been feeling very uninspired and unexcited about mealtime (which isn't like me at all)! So, I'm looking to add a few fresh recipes to the mix. Anyone else in the same boat? Here are several recipes I'm challenging myself to try over the next few weeks.
